PROFILE♩

Born in Osaka, Mao Omori graduated at the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music.

She studied with Prof. Willem Brons and graduated master’s degree at Conservatorium van Amsterdam in 2016.

She currently studies fortepiano with Prof. Bart van Oort and Prof. Petra Somlai at Royal Conservatoire the Hague with a scholarship from Adriana Jacoba Fonds.

She has performed in the concerts such as “Westwijk Piano promenade”, “The Classic Live for the United Nations” at “Maison de la culture du Japon à Paris”.
She received a 2^nd prize and Romain d’Ansembourg Encouragement Award at the International Geelvink fortepiano competition (2016).

東京芸術大学音楽学部附属音楽高等学校、東京芸術大学卒業。

これまでに中川知保、有森博、播本枝未子、伊藤恵、小林仁の各氏に師事。

14年秋よりオランダ・アムステルダム音楽院にてヴィレム・ブロンズ氏に学び16年6月同音楽院修士課程を卒業、ディプロマを取得。

16年秋よりハーグ王立音楽院、バルト・ファン・オールト氏にフォルテピアノを師事。

パリ日本文化会館にて、国連クラシックライブ教会主催コンサート、アムステルダムMLK church コンサート、ゲーテインスティチュートコンサート、Lelystadハウスコンサート、Westwijk, Amstelveenピアノプロムナーデなどに出演。

16年度ヘールフィンク国際フォルテピアノコンクールに於いて第２位、及びRomain d’Ansembourg Encouragement Awardを受賞。
